Given the current economic climate's affect on state budgets, fleet directors may be looking for alternative ways to finance their fleet. One such alternative is leasing a fleet. Sheri Irwin, Director, DTMB Office of Support Services for the State of Michigan will provide a summary of their state's leasing program. The summary will go over what factors and variables fleet directors should consider when leasing vehicles, how to budget for this type of financing, and how leasing works with maintenance and repairs. After the summary, there will be time for discussion on leasing and other subjects submitted by registrants.
