As managers of state government agencies, public university fleet operations, and companies ushering in the future of fleet, NCSFA members navigate unique problems and have to consider multiple strategies to overcome challenges. With the evolution of fleet, new challenges will arise, many unexpected and unpredictable. When facing new challenges, it is critical to have a framework and the tools necessary to achieve the best results for your operation and customersDeveloping skills in problem solving and decision making can guide choices of what you will do and what you will not do, and why.

To help provide the structure and tools necessary for our members to face challenges, NCSFA is pleased offer a program in two pre-conference sessions on Wednesday, September 9 and Friday, September 11 from 2:00-4:00pm ET, prior to the 2020 Virtual Workshop the following week. This highly interactive program will be facilitated by the Carl Vinson School of Government at the University of Georgia.
