Fleet Excellence Award

The NCSFA Fleet Excellence Award recognizes a fleet director who has demonstrated sustained efforts to improve the efficiency of their fleet in terms of measurable cost reductions, creating new efficiencies, safety enhancements, or customer service.

Who is Eligible

Nominees must be NCSFA members in good standing and currently serving as fleet director for their university or state fleet office. 

Criteria

Nominees must have demonstrated one or more of the following:

  • Implemented a cost savings initiative and can document and describe measurable results
  • Implemented a creative approach to solve problems, leading to improved efficiencies
  • Implemented an initiative to increase driver safety and can demonstrate results
  • Implemented initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and can demonstrate results
  • Demonstrates the use of industry best practices that can be a model for other fleets

Nominations close September 20, 2021. To nominate a member, please download and complete the nomination form (first button below), then use the second button to submit the nomination form to NCSFA Headquarters. If you would like to nominate a peer, but do not have sufficient information on their accomplishments to complete a submission, please contact the NCSFA staff for assistance.
