Dear
NCSFA Member/Stakeholders,
As
most are aware, the recent downturn in the nation’s economy has
been very challenging and has had devastating effects on many
organizations. Unfortunately, NCSFA is no different and due to
travel restrictions placed on state government attendee budgets
the Executive Committee finds itself in a position to postpone
this year’s annual conference slated for Park City, Utah.
For
over twenty-five years NCSFA has specialized in providing a
unique forum where state fleet administrators can network
together and share best management practices. Because NCSFA
provides value to both members and vendors it serves, this
decision is being made to strengthen NCSFA as an organization.
At present, your Executive Committee is working very hard on
alternative solutions and partnership opportunities to continue
serving its member/stakeholder’s needs.
During
the coming months the Executive Committee will keep everyone
informed of any organizational changes and new programs. In the
meantime, NCSFA will continue to execute its core mission to
effectively network and communicate with those whom it serves
through providing timely communications, website information and
fleet surveys.
As
always, we welcome your feedback, ideas and comments as we look
toward the future of NCSFA.
