Exhibit in Hershey-
The exhibit hall layout is
now posted on the NCSFA website! If you plan on exhibiting, you can go
to the website and register right away. The committee, along with
the Executive Committee and conference planner, are working together to
come up with a plan to increase exhibit hall participation by the
conference attendees. Exhibit hall services and
drayage will be provided by Rileighs Convention Services. They will have
a booth in the exhibit hall to provide services and assistance to the
exhibitors. Orders for booth accessories
(plants, electrical, etc.) should be made directly with Rileighs as
instructed in the exhibitor packet that will be sent to you once you
have registered to exhibit. The packet information will also be posted
on the NCSFA website at http://www.ncsfa.net/rileighs2007.html
Vehicle and
Equipment Exhibits- If you are planning to display a
vehicle, truck, or piece of fleet equipment make sure you mark this
information on your exhibitor application. There are only 10-15 vehicle
displays this year and they will be assigned on a first come-forst serve
basis. Just so that I don't forget, Hershey requires that exhibitors
displaying vehicles to supply their own plastic for under the
wheels/vehicles and vehicles must have no more than 1/4 tank of fuel. Click

Exhibitor
Presentations- This year the NCSFA
Executive, Corporate, and Host Committees' have set up several times
during the Trade Show for exhibitors to take a 10-15 minutes to inform
attendees about new products and services. If you are interested in
taking advantage of this venue, please contact Steve Saltzgiver,
Executive Director to get on the schedule. Click

Sponsorship Opportunities-
Sponsorship opportunities
for the various conference events will soon be posted on the association
website as well as sent to the vendors on our mailing list. If, by the
time of this publication, you haven’t seen it yet, please go to www.ncsfa.net to find it. There are numerous
activities available for sponsorship that will increase your visibility
and reflect your support of the organization. Fleet managers do check to
see if their vendors are stepping up to the sponsorship plate so sign up

Mailing
Lists- A
fleet member mailing list is only available to NCSFA Corporate Members,
exhibitors, and sponsors. If exhibiting, corporate
members will also have a sign in their booth that says, “We are a proud
member of NCSFA”. Go to the NCSFA website to join!
2007 Reception for
Exhibitors
The plan is to have an open
committee meeting including all exhibitors; sort of an “after show
evaluation” on Wednesday September 12th beginning at 4:00pm where all
exhibitors can provide input on the show and make recommendations. This
meeting would segway into a casual reception where the vendors can
continue to relax and enjoy themselves.
