Dear NCSFA Exhibitors,
Thanks for your commitment to exhibit at this year's
NCSFA Trade Show in Long Beach, CA. Below is the information you need to
set up your exhibit booth. The standard exhibit booth will be 10' x 10'
with a table, chair, pipe and drape and signs. (Exception: exhibit
policy for a Light-duty vehicle = 1 booth (10' x 20') and a
Heavy-duty vehicle = 2 booths (15' x 30'+). A High-Boy table is included
with a vehicle display.) The colors for the pipe and drape in this
year's conference will reflect the theme and will be green and gold. In addition, the
conference theme this year chosen by the Host team is "The
Golden State is Going Green!".
The exhibit contractor selected for this year's show
will be Convention Decorating Services. The contractor will be available in the
exhibit hall beginning at 6 a.m. on September 30th to assist exhibitors
with shipping information, booth accessories ordered, setup, and any
booth questions.
Exhibitors will be able to set
up on Tuesday morning September 30th beginning at 9 a.m. through 2:30pm
and the Trade Show will begin at about 2:00p.m.
The exhibitor tear down will commence on Wednesday October 1st at
1:00pm and run through 4:00pm.
After the success of last year's exhibitor
reception following the Trade Show, NCSFA has scheduled another
reception this year in Long Beach beginning at 4:00pm and held in the
Trade Show area.
