Excerpt from 2007 Exhibitor agreement:
2. SPACE ASSIGNMENTS: During the period ending
August 11, 2007, space will be assigned to Exhibitors according
to a priority system based on: 1) special space requirements,
and 2) earliest received contracts. After August 11, 2007, all
applicants will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Every effort will be made to assign Exhibitors to one of their
chosen spaces. However,
NCSFA reserves the right to make the space assignments or change
the space assignment after the acceptance of the application
should it be deemed necessary in the best interest of the
exposition.
